Full AOI inspection on every build, with X-ray inspection for complex assemblies.

Our assembly processes reference IPC-A-610 for assembly acceptability, with the class level matched to the product application. IPC/WHMA-A-620 governs cable and harness assembly, and IPC J-STD-001 covers our soldering processes. No additional audio-specific standards are currently required by our customers beyond these.
