Electronics Testing & Inspection Services
Arkle provides robust inspection and testing services as part of every electronics assembly we build. Whether you require IPC-class compliance, functional testing or traceable reporting, we apply industry-approved processes at every stage. We use AOI, continuity testing, X-ray and powered functional validation to verify the integrity of every build. Our approach supports customers in aerospace, defence, medical, and safety-critical industries who require consistency, quality and full test traceability.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
We use high-resolution AOI to detect soldering defects, misalignments and component issues. AOI is carried out on SMT and mixed-technology boards as part of inline quality control. Our inspection standards align with IPC-A-610 Class 2 and 3.
X-ray Inspection (BGA & Hidden Joints)
For components with hidden connections, such as BGAs and QFNs, we provide X-ray inspection services to ensure correct solder reflow and joint integrity. This is especially critical for aerospace, medical and miniaturised electronics.
Electrical & Continuity Testing
All cable harnesses and PCB assemblies can be tested for continuity, shorts, and insulation resistance. We build test jigs or use customer-supplied fixtures to perform validation on finished builds.
Functional Testing
We support powered functional test for boards, harnesses and full product builds. We can integrate firmware upload, simulate signals, and check basic operating conditions. Functional test is tailored to customer requirements and can be documented.
Compliance & Traceability
All inspections are documented and available as part of your build report. We meet IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001/13485 standards with full component traceability, calibration records and process control.
