Turnkey Product Assembly

We manage the entire assembly process, from sub-assemblies to final integration. Our services include fitting PCBs, installing cable looms, mechanical assembly, thermal management, labelling, and packaging. We can also procure enclosures and interface components, or work to customer-supplied kits.

Mechanical Integration & Hardware Assembly

We support builds requiring complex mechanical assembly including brackets, fixings, standoffs, display mounts and thermal pads. All assemblies are visually inspected and tested for mechanical fit, electrical performance and overall function.

Testing & Functional Validation

Box builds can be supplied fully tested to your specification. We provide continuity checks, functional testing, powered-up trials, and firmware uploads where required. Full build reports and serialised traceability can be supplied for critical systems.

Clean Build & Final Packaging

We maintain clean, controlled build areas to ensure cosmetic quality and avoid contamination. Assembled units can be packed in customer-branded packaging, ready for shipment or forward logistics.
