Custom Cable Harness Assembly

We manufacture fully custom harnesses and looms, using customer drawings or helping refine designs for build efficiency. Assemblies are built with colour-coded or printed wires, secured with sleeving, braiding or overmoulding depending on the application. Every assembly is documented and labelled according to your specifications.

Quality Control & Testing

All cable harnesses are fully tested for continuity, insulation resistance, and if required, high-voltage/hipot testing. We provide full inspection records and support IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. Harness builds are subject to visual inspection, pull testing and process control throughout.

Integrated Box Build & System Wiring

As part of a turnkey solution, Arkle provides cable assembly integrated with full box build and electronics manufacturing. We can assemble full enclosures including PCB, cable routing, mechanical fasteners and connectors. This reduces supplier complexity and ensures a complete, tested product.
