Lineage
Arkle Electronic Systems Ltd was established in 1974 to provide a quality assembly service to the electronics industry.
The mass production of PCBs began in the 1970s, and Arkle Electronics was in the vanguard of this burgeoning industry. Established in 1974, a few name changes later, we are still in Stevenage and still a name to be reckoned with. Originally only a manufacturer of PCBs, Cable Assembly and Box Build services were introduced much later. Arkle has now been owned by members of the same family for 20 years, and some of our team members have been with us as long. This gives us an essential depth of knowledge of the evolution of many of the builds we do and brilliantly complements the bright young brains who have recently joined us. With the new Management team in place since last September, and some big plans for the future, Arkle continues to buck the economic trend and go from strength to strength.
